Maritime Savings Bank is seeking experienced mortgage lending professionals to proactively solicit customers for our conventional mortgage product line. The qualified candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma, prior mortgage origination experience, the ability to independently network and develop new customer sources, experience in cross-selling financial products and services, and proven sucess in developing a customer base. We offer a generous commission and bonus structure.
Maritime Savings Bank is expanding our Branch Sales Management team and currently has an opening at our New Berlin branch. The Branch Sales Manager builds and develops a team of professional bankers and/or customer service representatives to deliver an environment of exceptional customer service. Through extensive business development and community involvement, the Branch Sales Manager facilitates financial growth and profitability for an assigned branch, as well as business development opportunity for Maritime business partners. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma as well as a minimum of 2 years of personal banking experience including consumer lending, proven business development experience, and previous supervisory or management experience.
Maritime Savings Bank is currently hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR). Part-Time CSRs work approximately 20 hours per week. Currently, one part-time position is available at our Menomonee Falls office.
The CSR professionally represents the bank with all customers and potential customers. The individual in this position accurately receives and issues money, keeps records of money and negotiable instruments, ensures the resolution of all customer questions and concerns, refers customers to appropriate products and services of the bank, and provides exceptional customer service in the performance of all financial transactions. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience, basic math skills, ability to type 30 wpm, and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
